Udupi, Dec 8: A car crashed into the drinking water pump house building of the city municipality, located at Eshwara Nagara, on Saturday morning after the driver lost control of the vehicle.

The Maruti Baleno car was traveling from Manipal to Shivamogga. All five occupants of the car escaped without injuries.

The road from Manipal to Eshwara Nagara is a concrete stretch, followed by a short stretch of mud road.
