Mangaluru: Youth arrested for selling MDMA

Mangaluru, Oct 11: The anti-drug squad of the city's South Sub-Division arrested Kiran D’Souza (25), a resident of Talapady Narla Padil, for allegedly selling MDMA near a bar in Talapady, under the jurisdiction of Ullal police station.

The police seized 10 grams of MDMA, valued at Rs 30,000, along with a scooter used in the crime and a mobile phone.

A case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act at Ullal police station.

The raid was conducted based on a definite tip-off. Anti-drug squad personnel Saju Nair, Mahesh, Shivaraj, Akbar, and Tirumalesh participated in the operation.
