Here in our great country, the law is thrown to the wind ... four people travelling on a scooter ... whether adult or infant ... am aghast they went that way ... perilously ... a scooter isn't a car and vice versa. How on earth they compromised themselves??? A scooter's 2 seats are for 2 passengers ... yet I've seen 3 people in Mangalore (college students) enjoying the thrills and chills of a scooter ride .... putting their lives at great risk.
