Kundapur, Sep 26: A large python was discovered inside the bonnet of a car in Konnki village near Kundapur, causing panic among local residents. Chandraprakash Shetty, a resident of Badakere, was driving his Honda Amaze as usual when he heard a rustling sound coming from the bonnet.

He immediately stopped the car and opened the bonnet to find a python approximately 12 feet long trapped inside.

Shetty promptly informed the forest authorities, who arrived at the scene to safely extract the python from the car's bonnet. The officials carefully handled the python and released it back into the wild. Former gram panchayat president Dinesh Shetty, along with Anil, Harish Poojary, Uday, and other local representatives, were present during the incident.
