Udupi: Students parliament inuagurated held at Gurukula School

Udupi, Jul 13: Student Parliament inauguration programme was held at Gurukula Public School on July 12.

Paul Machado, Educational Consultant Gurukula Institute, in his inaugural note spoke about the working behavior of true parliament. He said, “Education is the solid foundation for the all-round development of students. For the education you receive to be meaningful, you must first develop an attitude of respect for your teachers and the educational institution. Helpful for life, every student should develop leadership quality in him, leadership quality does not come from birth, it has to be developed by oneself, that quality can be developed only by good speech and behavior, and by following the rules of the institution, raise the reputation of the institution to the highest level”.

Sunil Patrick, principal, on the occasion explained about the functioning of the student parliament.

Subhash Chanfra Shetty, joint executive gurukula School presided over the programme and informed all the leaders and members of the Parliament how important the role of a leader is.

Anupama S Shetty , the chief guest of the programme wished the students well.

School leaders, Bharat and Keerthana K R and Eshwar and Shashank, sports secretaries, Prithvi K P and Trathi Shetty, cultural secretaries, Yashas B M and Kumari Gautami, discipline secretaries, various house leaders and class leaders took charge.

Sushma Murali, coordinator introduced the guests. Sumalatha proceeded over the event, Vanitha welcomed the gathering, Bharat, School head proposed vote of thanks.
