Kundapur, Jul 6: The Haagluru Lions Club held its installation ceremony for the new office bearers for the 2024-25 term on July 5 at the R N Shetty Auditorium in Kundapur. The event marked the beginning of a new leadership team, aiming to bring fresh initiatives and energy to the club’s activities.

Ln Rowan D'Costa, a successful entrepreneur and partner at St Antony Construction Company, was installed as the new president. Alongside him, Math Joseph took the oath as the secretary, Puneeth Shetty as the treasurer, and Ramesh Shetty as the vice-secretary.

The installation ceremony was officiated by former district governor Prakash T Soans, who administered the oath of office to the new leaders. The event was graced by the presence of region chairman Jannadi Somnath Hegde and zone chairperson H Balakrishna Shetty, who extended their congratulations and support to the new team.

Ln Rowan D'Costa, in his inaugural address, expressed his gratitude and shared his vision for the upcoming year, focusing on community service and organizational growth. The ceremony concluded with a call for collective efforts to uplift the community and uphold the Lions Club's values of service and fellowship.
