Mangaluru/Udupi, Apr 10: As the holy month of Ramadan concludes, devout Muslims in Mangaluru and Udupi came together to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with fervour and devotion on Wednesday April 10. The worshippers gathered in mosques and prayer grounds to offer Namaz and mark the auspicious occasion.
In Mangaluru and Udupi, the atmosphere was filled with an air of spirituality and celebration as families and communities reunited to observe the festival. Clad in traditional attire, worshippers exchanged warm greetings and embraced the spirit of brotherhood and unity.

Amidst the joyous festivities, prayers were offered for peace, prosperity, and harmony across the world. The faithful reflected on the significance of Eid-ul-Fitr, which symbolizes the culmination of a month-long period of fasting, self-reflection, and spiritual growth.
Special Eid Namaz prayers were offered at Eidgah Masjid light house hill road, Jamia Masjid Kudroli and all other mosques in Mangaluru.
Prayers were also offered in various mosques of Udupi city, Kaup, Brahmavar, Kundapur, Byndoor, Hebri and Karkala taluks.
