Bantwal, Mar 16: Hokkadigoli Mahishamardini Kambala Samithi on the border of Bantwal taluk Eliargodu and Belthangady taluk Arambodi inaugurated the historic Veera Vikrama Jodukare Bayalu Kambala on Saturday March 16.

Asranna Krishna Prasad Acharya of Poonja temple inaugurated the Kambala fields and said that Hokkadigoli Kambala has special religious attachment. He congratulated all those who worked to hold the Kambala and wished that the Kambala may be a success.

District Kambala committee president Gunapala Kadamba who chaired the program said that the curse by people will be more than that of the almighty if the Janapada Kambala is stopped. Let us walk on the path of religion when we come across problems instead of running away from them, he said.
