Bengaluru, Mar 7: BJP opposition leader R Ashoka has welcomed and appreciated the stand taken by retired IAS and IPS officers urging Vice President of India and chairman of Rajya Sabha, Jagdeep Dhankar to ‘withhold administration of oath’ to Congress leader and newly elected Rajya Sabha (RS) member Syed Nasir Hussain until the judicial proceedings in the ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ sloganeering by his supporters is completed.
The BJP leader said: ‘’It is shameful on part of @INCIndia to have nominated such leaders who are surrounded by traitors and such people have no right to enter the Parliament which is the temple of our democracy.’’

“If CM @siddaramaiah and DCM @DKShivakumar have any respect towards our country they should seek resignation of Nasir Hussain and go for re-election,’’ he added.
