Bagalkote, Feb 29: Bhagyashree Madara, a resident of Gangur village in Hunagund taluk, achieved a remarkable milestone by being selected as a judge. Despite studying in a Kannada medium school, her determination and dedication propelled her to this esteemed position.
Her parents Duragappa Madara and his wife Yamanavva Madara are both illiterate. They are both daily wage labourers. They come from a large family with seven children. Despite working as labourers, they sent their children to school. Despite the difficulties faced, the intense determination to achieve something was ingrained in Bhagyashree's parents.
Bhagyashree's educational journey began at Government Primary School, Gangur, where she laid the foundation for her academic pursuits. She continued her studies at Chittaragi Government High School for her secondary education. Pursuing further, she completed her PU education at Sangameshwar Samyukta Undergraduate College, Aminagad.
In 2018, Bhagyashree attained her law degree from SC Nandi Math Law College, BVV, Bagalkote. Following her graduation, she served as an advocate in the Hunagund court for two years. Additionally, she gained experience as a clerk-research assistant for one year in the high court on a contract basis.
Bhagyashree's journey towards becoming a judge was not without its challenges. Despite her professional engagements, she decided to prioritize her preparation for the civil judge exam, recognizing the need to focus solely on her studies to achieve her aspirations. Despite facing setbacks, she persisted, appearing for the exam multiple times until she succeeded on her third attempt.
Her father, Duragappa Madara, expressed immense pride and happiness in his daughter's achievement, attributing it to her diligence and hard work. Bhagyashree herself acknowledges her father's unwavering support and encouragement as a significant factor in her success, stating that his persistence served as a driving force behind her accomplishment.
Bhagyashree's achievement not only reflects her individual dedication but also stands as a testament to the value of hard work and perseverance in overcoming obstacles to realize one's dreams.
