Mangaluru, Feb 7: Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra's automotive division, inaugurated the new Mahindra workshop at Maroli, Karnataka, on Wednesday, February 7. The workshop is operated by Karnataka agencies, authorized dealers of Mahindra & Mahindra vehicles.
Pratyush Bose, Zonal Head Service, and Arunangshu Roy, Zonal Head Sales of Mahindra, inaugurated the commercial vehicle front office, while Pavan Kumar, VP Customer Care of Mahindra & Mahindra's automotive division, inaugurated the service workshop.
During the ceremony, Fr Clifford Fernandes, the parish priest of Holy Cross Church Kulshekar, blessed the new Mahindra workshop.
In his address, Nalinikanth Gollagunta acknowledged the impressive 48-year legacy of Karnataka agencies, with 664 employees dedicated to the dealership. He commended their values and loyalty, emphasizing the exclusive partnership's success. Gollagunta highlighted the company's commitment to prioritizing customer service and experience.
Pavan Kumar, VP-Customer Care of Mahindra & Mahindra's automotive division, Premnath Kudva, chairman and MD of Canara Workshops Ltd, and Rathan Rodrigues, partner, Karnataka Agencies were also present.
The event was hosted by R C Rodrigues, managing partner of Karnataka Agencies, with Santhosh Rodrigues, partner of Karnataka Agencies, proposing the vote of thanks. Leona Aranha served as the event's emcee.
