Kundapur, Nov 21: Karnataka minister of labor welfare, Sathosh Lad visited Amratheshwari Halavu Makkala Tai temple, Kota on Monday.

Former president of the temple, Anand C Kunder welcomed the minister.

The minister was honoured by the temple with shawl and prasada after special pooja held on the occasion.

Congress leaders Molahalli Dinesh Hegde, Kota C A Bank president G Thimma Poojary, director Mahesh Shetty, local Congress leader Devendra Ganiga, Dharwad based hotelier Ashok Shetty, former trustee of the temple Chandra Poojary, priests Krishna Jogi, Ashwath Jogi, temple manager Ganesh Holla and others were present.
