New Delhi, Oct 30 (IANS): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's son Vaibhav Gehlot on Monday deposed before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a FEMA case.
The Congress leader had earlier skipped the ED summons on October 27 and sought time till October 30.
Vaibhav arrived at the ED headquarters around 11.40 a.m and directly went inside.
On Thursday, Ashok Gehlot had shared the summons issued to his son by the central agency asking him to appear before it in Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) case.
While slamming the BJP government, the Chief Minister had questioned the timing of the ED searches in Rajasthan, including the premises of state unit chief Govind Singh Dotasara and issuance of summons to his son.
Polling for the 200-member Assembly polls in Rajasthan is scheduled to be held on November 25, followed by counting of votes on December 3.
