Mangaluru: St Agnes College holds seminar on career planning

Mangaluru, Aug 5: The post graduate department of commerce, Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru organised a seminar on 'Career Planning: A Pathway to Employment' on  August 3 The speaker for the day was Suresh M S, director Sarvajna IAS Academy.

Samrudhi took the opportunity of being the host for the day. The session started by invoking god’s blessing. Shweta welcomed the gathering, Venisha, MCom final year student introduced the speaker.

 

Suresh M S provided valuable insights on government job opportunities in India. He also highlighted the required qualification for the same. He shared valuable tips to crack those competitive exams. He emphasised that the government offers wide array of positions across different domains including civil services, defence, banking, railways, public administration, and more. His efforts contributed substantially and motivated students to take up competitive examinations. He concluded his session with meaningful stories.

The session ended successfully under the guidance of Dolan Champa Banerjee HOD of MCom. Sumaiyya, MCom final year student proposed the vote of thanks.
