Udupi: St Cecily’s high school cabinet inaugurated

Udupi, Jun 14: The inauguration of the school cabinet 2023 of St Cecily’s High School, Udupi was held on Saturday, June 10.

The president Sr Preethi Crasta A C, joint secretary of the school and chief guest for the event Sr Therese Jyothi AC, SPL, and all other selected members were led to the dais by two girl guides and flag bearing nymphs.

The ceremony commenced with prayer invoking god’s blessings. The president, Sr Preethi led the school pupil leader, Abhinav Binesh, assistant school pupil leader, Tanushri and 21 other ministers with various portfolios to pledge the solemn oath of support , cooperation and upkeep of discipline and order of the school.

The chief guest Sr Therese Jyothi rendered a motivating message to the cabinet members as well as the student- audience, highlighting the meaning and responsibilities of a true leader and citing impressive examples. The headmistress too delivered her message and wishes to the school cabinet members.

The ceremony concluded with words of gratitude and assurance by the school pupil leader 2023 Abhinav Binesh. The programme was compered by Aditi and Kirthi. The programme was trained and guided by Sr Jenifer D’Souza and Sherine D’Sa.
