Puttur, May 22: Arun Puttila wave is increasing in coastal region. As the elections of legislative assembly are over, all are concentrating on the Lok Sabha elections scheduled to be held next year. #puttilaforloksabha twitter campaign began on Sunday.
The tweet campaign began from 9 am on Sunday. Appeal is done to tag PM Modi, Amit Shah, Yogi Adityanath and J P Nadda.
In the recently held legislative assembly elections, Arun Puttila managed to get 60,000 votes by contesting as an independent candidate from Puttur legislative constituency. He pushed BJP to third spot. Now fans of Puttila are once again pushing his candidature as Lok Sabha candidate from the BJP.
Currently, Nalin Kumar Kateel is the MP of Dakshina Kannada district. However, now the campaign is held in favour of Arun Puttila.
