Mangaluru, Oct 19: Disha Kukyan from Kinnigoli has brought pride to Karnataka by winning two silver medals at the National Bench Press Championship held in Vasco da Gama, Goa, from October 14 to 18.
Disha, who trains under Supram Shetty at SP Fitness in Kinnigoli, represented Karnataka in the national-level competition and showcased her exceptional strength and skill to secure the medals.
Her achievement highlights her dedication and hard work in the sport of bench press, making her a rising star in the field.
Disha, who is pursuing her second BCA at Srinivas University, is the daughter of Nirmala Asha and Manoj Kukyan.
