Kundapur, May 20: “Though the government spent crores for free LPG for poor families under the Ujwala scheme, the propaganda that prices have risen has reflected in the elections. The government had implemented the Ayushman Bharath scheme for health. But the voters trusted the Congress guarantees and defeated us. Nobody should be disheartened because our government is not in the state. We are with you,” said Shivamogga MP B Y Raghavendra.

He was speaking at Vandse at the meeting of party activists.

“Congress is preparing to distribute dangerous guarantees in the state. It has said that it will ban Bajrang Dal. They will have to face dangerous consequences if they trouble Hindus,” he said.

“We should be determined for victory in upcoming elections. The BJP’s development work should be made to reach every house during the local and Lok Sabha elections,” he said.

MLA Gururaj Gantihole, Byndoor Mandala president Deepak Kumar Shetty and MP B Y Raghavendra were felicitated on the occasion.
