Mangaluru: St Agnes College (Autonomous) felicitates ACCA achievers

Mangaluru, May 4: St Agnes College (Autonomous), department of Commerce, in association with International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC), held a felicitation programme on May 3 to recognize the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of the ACCA achievers. The event took place in the Conference Hall, and it began with a prayer song sung by Alice and group.

The programme felicitated Mayola Monteiro, Sneha Menezes, Nidhi, Rebecca, and Teena Sathees for becoming ACCA Affiliates. Additionally, Shivani Monterio and Alisha Ruth Saldanha were honored for securing rank in the Financial Management Paper. Eighteen ACCA students from the second and final year were also awarded for clearing the various ACCA papers.

The chief guest of the occasion Sr Clara AC, vice principal, St Agnes College, congratulated the achievers and stressed the importance of honesty, hard work, and happiness in life. Other dignitaries present on the dais included Mayola Monteiro, an alumna of the college and an ACCA Member, Nanda Devi, manager – Business Relationships ISDC Mangaluru and Udupi, and Elvira Monteiro, ACCA coordinator of St Agnes College.

Mayola Monteiro presented an insightful and informative presentation about her own hard work journey, providing the audience with important tips, tricks, and materials to achieve success. Rebecca, Teena Sathees, and Jean Lobo gave informative and helpful advice to the students. Elvira Monteiro, ACCA coordinator, welcomed the gathering, and Alice Lobo expressed words of gratitude. The programme was compered by Vinitha Rodrigues.
