Mangaluru: St Agnes College holds day-long workshop on personality development

Mangaluru, Apr 19: A day-long workshop on personality development was organized by the department of commerce, St Agnes College, ( Autonomous). Sr M Supriya AC, former principal and former hod of Commerce, St Agnes College was the chief guest. Sr Clara AC, vice principal, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru was the president of the inaugural programme.

Sr Supriya A C expressed her joy of being at St Agnes College. She addressed the students and also said that it is important to learn things and to develop personality for the better future.

Nimitha, dean of commerce and management, St Agnes College, Sheryl Preethika, HOD of commerce, Abhishek, Sr Christina AC, conveners of Persona 2023 and Nikitha Shetty, student vice-president of commerce were also present on the dais.

The first session, ‘The Fallen Leaf, Its time to Fly’ was conducted by Leona Aranha, manager of Universal Marine Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors.

The second session, ‘Creative Thinking’ was taken up by Dr Malini Hebbar, principal of Swastika National school and former associate professor of St Agnes College.

The third session on ‘Embrace the power of Passion’ was conducted by Sharan Chilimbi social media influencer and Tulu content writer.

The last session was conducted by Dawn Prakash, training officer and assistant professor, SDM college on the topic ‘ Team building and leadership’.

As many as 198 students were the beneficiaries of the workshop.
