Mumbai, Jun 28: The rave party that was busted in a Raigad hotel on late Sunday night in which around 300 were detained and five, including an Anti-Narcotics Cell cop, were arrested, has thrown up some interesting facts.

According to police, rave party organisers use code words to spread the word around through SMS and social networking sites, reported Mid-Day.

What's more, rave parties words are garbed in terms that would lead an unsuspecting person to believe that they are spiritual get-togethers, for instance, 'Shanti Yatra', which was used in this particular case.

The organisers of the rave party, under the banner of 'Beyond Management' used social networking sites to invite people for the 'Shanti Yatra' which ended up in giving them anything but 'shanti' and a 'yatra' to the police station! Nevertheless, it certainly proved the party beyond their management.

Mid-Day also reported that many of the detainees had Bollywood connections or were from rich families. Among the detainees were 63 girls.

There were also sons of two Bollywood actors, it is learnt.

A large quantity of drugs and Rs 3.08 lac in cash were seized during the raid.

Each person was charged Rs 5,000 to attend the party.

The arrest of Anil Jadhav, the Mumbai Anti-Narcotics Cell inspector has led the Maharashtra home minister R R Patil to order an inquiry into all the officers of the Cell.
