Miracle is a word which all are familiar with and quite astonishing and disturbing. Whilst looking into the topic, all of us might have heard of miracles. Some might have read in scriptures, some might have heard through their friends and no doubt that many of us have experienced miracles in our own day-today life.
Let us go in depth about what exactly is the meaning of miracle? A miracle can be described as an event or incident that happens without our imagination. It can also be described as things that happen against the law of nature or science. A miracle is an event which creates faith.
We all expect some kind of miracles in our life. The examples for our reference are like some coming back to life back after a brief illness, recover to a good situation in business after heavy losses, a guy who had a stage fear in his childhood is a well-known preacher. The list goes on.
It is not easy to experience miracles in our lives. Rather, we must put effort and hard work and have faith. In the scriptures, we have read about miracles and they happened only because of faith. Faith and belief is the basic foundation for miracles to happen. Life is a journey of joy and misery and surely we will live a better life if we have belief and trust and put effort. No miracle is required other than having a good life with peace of mind, good health and required finance.
In the current world, things are competitive and normally we look at others and compare ourselves with them. It is not essential what others are doing. We need to mainly focus on what others are not doing rather what they do. Let us do what others do not do. Success is hidden there. If we go to a market, we see several shops with the same things and quality and price as well. So where to purchase and which shop is suitable for us and which one shall we make our permanent shop? In each shop they insist us to buy their materials which are best. They want to sell their materials and achieve their target of profit whether they are good or not. However, one of the shopkeepers is saying please do not buy fruits today from my shop as they are not good in quality and you can prefer other shops. This shop should be our permanent shop. How does the shopkeeper show his sincerity? He might have lost his profit today but he gained something much worthwhile which would multiply his profit in future. In a business, customer benefit is primary and our profit is secondary. This principle is a key for miracles in our lives. It is a blessing for us from the customer. In a business, profit should be of both blessings (Dua) and money. Even though we lose money and achieved blessings, it multiplies the profit in future. If somebody comes and asks for the things which they do not need, let us convince them that it is not required for them rather than selling them to achieve our profit. That person would be our permanent customer. Thus, the profit only with money is that we have only assets in the house and no peace, good relations and sound health. Profit with both blessings and money, brings miracles in our lives where we have both money and peace.
We might have heard some of the doctors saying this patient survived only because of somebody’s dua (Blessings) as we lost all kinds of hope. This is a miracle. I am in the UAE working for a decade and not just because of my efforts, rather somebody’s (grandparents and parents) blessings involved. This is a miracle in my life. Thus, never stop believing in hope because miracles happen every day.
“There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle.”- Albert Einstein.
Coming to the conclusion, there is no luck and if something bad happens with us, it is we, ourselves, who are responsible. Never ever bring tears in anybody’s eye. If not possible to assist anyone, be quiet and pray for them. But do not hurt anyone. Let us make profit of blessings from others as much as we can. This only helps to live a fruitful life and brings miracles within us. There is a word called Nazar (Evil eye) we use often. I have been hit with an evil eye (Muje nazar laga hei). No evil eye can hit us and it is our own evil eyes that hit us. I agree that we all are weak and it is our nature to commit sin and still lag behind. However, repentance is a key for this and not reiterating the committed sins. Even though it looks arduous, but achievable.
Frankly, let us live a good life with blessings as much as we can give and take and make miracles in our lives, family, society, nation and entire universe as life is short and sweet. May God bless us all.
STAY SAFE, STAY BLESSED………………….
