Two Men

Two Men

The moon in the sky
has many tales
All those she saw
with her own two eyes

One of the men who
crept into a house
stole for shutting
his hunger down

Second of them who
went to a dumpster
to dump all leftovers
of a family dinner

The tale of the two men
she told the awakening sun
before going back to sleep

Superb Hana . Your, these lines are having deep meaning in the current world situation where poverty-stricken people are really struggling to feed themselves and families at least once a day while a huge amount of food is wasted by the rich for showing off in different situations. It is your ability to see the unseen. You have a very good future in writing verse lines. It is a real fact that literature too can be an eye-opener against social evils. It is a powerful tool in social change. Keep the spirit up always. Best wishes to dear young poetess.
