Mangalore: Cooperative Society being Wound Up

Mangalore, Apr 9: On Friday April 8, order of dissolution was issued against New Mangalore Port and Industrial Displaced and General Workers Labour Contractors Cooperative Society Ltd Bykmampady.

The order has stipulated that the records and account books pertaining to the said society should be submitted to the dissolution officer and superintendent, office of the deputy registrar for cooperative societies Mangalore, within 15 days. Through a release, office superintendent in the office of the deputy registrar of cooperative societies said that failing compliance with the above instructions, the winding up process will be proceeded with, and the registration of the society will be cancelled.
