Puttur, Aug 7: A special prize was conferred on Moorthedarara Seva Sahakari Bank of Kumbra for its unique achievement during the annual general body meeting of DCC Bank. The prize was handed over to president of the bank R C Narayan and executive officer Chandrakant Shantivana by DCC Bank president Rajendra Kumar.

Director Shashikumar Rai Balyottu, S B Jayarama Rai, Prasad Kaushal, vice president Narayana Poojary Kurikkara and director Nithish Kumar Shantivana were present.

This bank covers 14 villages of Puttur taluk. It is giving a completely automated and ultra-modern banking facility at Kumbra Akshaya Arcade. Olamogaru, Aiyadka, Kedambadi, Keyyaru, Palthady, Kolthige, Madnoor, Nettanige, Pamudnooru, Paduvannooru, Badagannuru, Nidpalli, Panaje, Bettampady and Irde villages.
