Mangalore, Apr 6: Since the last two to three days, the entire coastal Karnataka has been receiving good breeze, providing relief to the people and enabling them to enjoy good night’s sleep. In some places, morning dew was also experienced. The cool weather, coming after several hot days, has come as a welcome change.

Rains were not experienced during this period in Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts. The officials said that meteorological department has not issued any communiqué about the weather phenomenon.

The fishermen said that winds normally blow when water level in the sea swells after new moon day. There are no indications of speeding gale in the sea.
