Kundapur, Apr 1: In a serial accident that occurred on national highway 17 at Hemmady near here late night on Thursday March 13, over 15 persons suffered grave injuries.
At around 11.30 pm, a truck loaded with fish coming from Goa to Mangalore, hit a lorry what was stranded by the roadside after developing engine problems. A bus bearing Maharashtra registration number, carrying pilgrims from that state, hit the fish truck from behind thereafter.
