Mangalore: Dharma Nema of Jarandaya Jumadi Banta Mysandaya Deities

Mangalore, Mar 22:
The dharma nemotsava of Shree Jarandaya Jumadi, Banta, Mysandaya deities will be held at Maladi House from Friday March 25 to Saturday March 26.

The festivities will commence with religious rituals on Friday at 6 am. Ganayaga, Poornahuthi and Anna Santharpane will also be conducted on the same day, informed Kodialguttu Ajith Kumar Rai Maladi at a press meet held on Tuesday March 22.
 
As part of cultural programmes, Namasankeerthane from various Bajana Mandalis will be held on Friday from 8am and convention will be held at 4.30 pm.
 
International fame artiste Bhasker Kogga Kamath and team, Uppinakudru will present a puppet show ‘Lanka Dahana’ (Gombeyata) at 7.30 pm.
 
On Saturday Dharma Nema will be held 5.30 pm onwards with pomp and gaiety, he said. At the convention to be held at Maladi Manjayya Shetty Stage, Dr Chinnappa Gowda, chancellor of Mangalore University will preside and a work titled ‘Dharma Nema’ will be released. Those achievers who have contributed for in the field of Bhootharadane will be felicitated, he added.
 
Supreetha Shetty, Pratham Bhandary, Asha Jyothi, Sarika Bhandary among others were present in the press meet.
