Karnataka reports 750 fresh Covid cases, positivity rate at 3.06 percent

Bengaluru, Jun 18: Karnataka on Saturday Jun 18 registered 750 new coronavirus cases.

As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 4,825. Bengaluru Urban's single-day tally stood at 716.

The death toll in the state has risen to 40,070.

The state recorded 425 discharges from hospitals on Saturday, taking the total discharges to 39,15,271.

So far, Karnataka has seen 39,60,208 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

The positivity rate for the day stands at 3.06%, So far 11,08,51,808 people have received vaccination so far.
