How sad and pitiable !Poor baby had no chance to live in this world. Also make an DNA test of the baby and note it.Why in Bin ?At least could have been given to adapt to someone or in Ashram.Dont discard babies in dust bin after you enjoyed and nine months live in your womb.So heartless ?No other option ?Leave it in Hospital .Give it free to adaption.May the little angel rest in Heaven with Angels. must be some workers family didnt want to look after the baby .?
