Kejriwal promises corruption free govt to people of Goa

Panaji, Feb 11: “Money that goes into the pockets of ministers will be directed towards service of people,” said CM of Delhi and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal.

Kejriwal was addressing people, as part of the AAP campaign for the upcoming assembly elections in Poriem, Mayem and St Cruz.

Kejriwal gave the example of his own minister in Delhi government sacked for misappropriation of funds and said that AAP will provide honest government.

Right from the local panchayat to the CM will be at the doorstep of the public said the CM of Delhi. He also promised that the mining activities will start within six months of forming the government, if AAP is voted to power and till then an allowance of Rs 5000 will be provided to the families of miners.

Youth will be provided with unemployment allowance of Rs 3000 per month till they get job, in addition to free medical facilities and better road infrastructure. Griha Adhaar will be increased to Rs 2500 and women will receive Rs 1000 as monthly allowance.

Amit Palekar, AAP candidate for St Cruz questioned the shoddy work done by MLA Tony Fernandes on development works done to the tune of Rs 90 crore. He said that the area still lacks basic amenities.
