Kundapur, Dec 26: Of all system of education, physical education is the most important. This is helpful for development of one’s personality, said Sadashiva Prabhu, assistant commissioner.

He was speaing after inauguratin the annual sports meet at Tekatte Vishwa Vinayaka English Medium School here. Learning is not the only objective in our system of education. Participating in the extra-circular activities including physical activities too are equally important. Parents should take more interest in their wards, he added.

M Karunakara Shetty of administrative council was the chief guest.

Bhaskar Shetty administrator of the school, George Kurian, principal and Trivani, principal, Teacher Training School were present.
