Bantwal: Teenager Loses Life in Two-wheeler Accident

Bantwal, Dec 23: A teenager, who was riding a two-wheeler, died on the spot on Wednesday December 22, after hitting a roadside rock. The incident occurred at Kempugudde Cross on B C Road – Dharmasthala Road here. He has been identified as Kishan Kumar (19), son of Timmappa Poojary from Amtoor Rayappakody village.

Kishan was riding a Kinetic Pleasure scooter owned by his employer. He was employed in B S Steel in Bhandaribettu, and he had borrowed the two-wheeler for bringing dishes for lunch.

Kishan is survived by parents and three sisters. After PU education, he was working in Bangalore. Being the only son, and compelled by the need to care for the family of three sisters and parents, he had shifted here two months ago.

On a complaint filed by owner of B S Steel, Vishwanath Poojary, personnel of town police station here have registered a case.
