“The fake communalists will be silenced by building a Ram Mandir in Ayodhya,” said Karinje Muktanand Swamiji.
He was speaking at the Hindu Samajotsav and Hanuman Yajna that was organized by the taluk Hanuman Jagaran Samiti at Royal Gardens, Kalsanka, here on Sunday.
“A plot was requisitioned at Lord Ram’s birth site in Ayodhya to build a temple to the deity and not requisitioned in Pakistan or USA. Mere talking about Ram and Hindu does not amount to communalism,”
clarified Swamiji Muktanand.
“The communalists are doing the task of throwing stones at a honeycomb. A majority of Hindus will revolt just like honey bees chase those who harm them by throwing stones at their honey comb,” he cautioned.
“The Taj Mahal, a symbol of love, is reckoned as one of the wonders of world, while the Ram Setu that was built from solid rock does not figure in this list of wonders,” regretted the Swamiji. “The Ram Setu was laid by the power of Lord Hanuman and his army as well as the mighty powers of Lord Ram,” he emphasized.
“The saffron colour is the symbol of ancient Hindu religion and Hindu outfits. The saffron colour is incorporated in our national flag. What does home minister Chidambaram have to say in this regard,”
questioned Swamiji Mukatanand.
He urged the community women to educate their children on the virtues of Hindu religion as they are better positioned to do the task. He also asked Governor Bharadwaj to approve the anti-cow slaughter
bill as the cow is a docile animal that has been worshiped as Punya Koti since ancient times.
“The Naxals are causing bloodshed in the guise of bringing equality in the country. The followers of Babar are still live in the country while the so called caste based individuals are supporting the communalists
with vote bank politics. Many people ask where the contributions to build the Ram Mandir are? The amount of Rs 8.30 crore collected for this purpose is secure and will be utilized for the same task,” said
Manjunath Swami, Pramukh of VHP, Karnataka.
“The Naxals are emerging as terrorists under the guise of a struggle for equality. They are causing bloodshed by killing soldiers and police. The union home minister who is supposed to put an end to the Naxal menace has been branding Hindu outfits as inciting saffron terrorism,” added Swami.
Ram Mandir Will be Built
“A Ram Mandir will be built in Ayodhya at all costs even if centuries elapse. The Allahabad HC has announced the verdict confirming that Ayodhya was the birth site of Lord Ram. Hence, a temple will be built at the site and building of Babri Masjid will not be tolerated,” added Manjunath Swami.
VHP district president Karkere Pramanand Shetty was also present along with Shambu Shetty.
Taluk Hanuman Shakti Jagaran Samiti president Andaru Deviprasad Shetty delivered the introductory address. Hanuman Yajna and Samajotsav Samiti president Yermal Shashidar Shetty welcomed
the gathering. Chief secretary Raghavendra Kini compered the programme. Bajrang Dal town convenor Girish Acharya proposed the vote of thanks.
Manjunat Swami urged the MPs nationwide to pressurize the union government to enact laws to allow building of a Ram Mandir at Ayodhya since most of the sages regardless of political patronage have
written letters to the MPs in this regard.
Although the peoples’ representatives, including ministers, arrived to partake in the Hindu Samajotsav they were not invited to the stage which shows that the event was functioning free from political
interference.
State higher education minister Dr V S Acharya, MLA Raghupati Bhat, town councilor Kiran Kumar, deputy councilor Bharati Chandrashekar, Udupi Urban Development Authority chairman Sudhakar Shetty,
BJP district president Udaykumar Shetty, BJP women Morcha chief secretary Shyamala Kundar and people in large numbers attended the Hindu Samajotsav.
