Mangalore: City Police Take Up Awareness Campaign as part of Crime Prevention Month

Mangalore, Dec 18: Mangalore city police along with north police observed awareness campaign as part of Crime Prevention Month 2010 at Narayana Guru College here on December, Saturday 18.

Inspector Vinay Gaonkar inaugurated the programme.

Prior to the inaugural programme, a procession was held that began from Narayana Guru College. The students from both the school and colleges were part of the procession. Police personnel from Bunder police station too participated.

The programme is being held to spread awareness on prevention of crime among youth.
