Jubail: Indian Social Forum, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia holds Social Forum Champions Trophy 2k22

Jubail, Jan 13: Indian Social Forum, Karnataka State, Al Jubail held Social Forum Champions Trophy 2k22 at the Al Falah Cricket grounds recently.

The tournament which was held on January 6 and 7 comprised of 11 teams. Al Falah cricket team emerged as the champions, while Makavi was the runners up.

Speaking at the valedictory function, Mohammed Nazeer Thumbay, president of Indian Social Forum, Karnataka, Al Jubail province, said, “Indian Social Forum has always stood with the members of NRI community of our state in their times of need. We have undertaken many humanitarian relief works in Saudi Arabia like blood donation, resolving issue of labourers or medical assistance. Indian Social Forum has always served people and it will continue doing so.”

The chief guests of the occasion were chief secretary of Indian Social Forum Saudi Arabia Ashraf Puttur, Mig Arabia’s Nishan and Shamil, Abdul Aziz from Fahad Al Tamim legal company, Abdul Rehman of Blueline, Athaullah Ibrahim, president of India Fraternity Forum Jubail, Mohammed Imtiyaz, president of Indian Fraternity Forum, Eastern Province, Miraz Gulbarga, president of Indian Social Forum Dammam, Saifullah, secretary, Indian Social Forum Al Jubail, Abdul Razak of Makavi company, Mohammed Ali of Fortune Arabia, Mohammed Mustafa of Al Batin advance contracting company, Rafik Vittal of Indian Social Forum Jubail, Asif Majoor, Shamsuddin Deralakatte, Sajid Soorinje and others were present.

Mohammed Ashraf, chief secretary of Indian Social Forum, Karnataka state, Al Jubail province welcomed the gathering. Aashique Machar compered the event.
