England Batsman Pietersen Fined for Speeding in Australia

Sydney, Dec 9 (DPA) England cricketer Kevin Pietersen picked up a speeding ticket Thursday on Australia's Great Ocean Road tourist drive south-west of Melbourne.

Pietersen, named man of the match in last week's second Test in Adelaide after scoring a double century, was at the wheel of a canary yellow Lamborghini sports car that cricketing mate Shane Warne arranged for him to borrow.

He was booked for doing 121 km an hour in a 100-kmh zone.
