New Delhi, Dec 1 (PTI) Royal Challengers Bangalore owner Vijay Mallya today slammed the Cricket Board, saying that the rules and regulations for the Indian Premier League were made without the consultation of the franchisees involved.
Mallya wrote on his twitter page the players and the teams are silent sufferers and arguing with the BCCI was "capital punishment".
"I feel sad IPL rules are made without a consultative process. Players and Franchisees are silent sufferers - Arguing with BCCI is Capital punishment," he wrote.
Mallya has not been on the same page with the BCCI over certain rules of the IPL, including retention of players.
