Beltangady: Samanvaya Co-operative Bank Establishes First Branch at Moorje

Beltangady, Nov 30: Samanvaya Co-operative Bank of Madantyar has done commendable job in
working towords the development of the village by pooling the savings and using the money for the
people. It completed six years of existence in Madantyar this year and has estlablished its frist
branch at Prabhu complex, Moorje here which is well equiped and furnished.

The parish priest of Moorje church Fr Skaria inaugurated the branch office .The blessing of the office was done by the parish priest of Nainad church. Chandrashekher,the president of Pilathabettu bank inaugurated the safe room and Miran Saheb, businessman, distributed the fixed deposit certificates.

Bank president Jerald Rodrigues welcomed the gathering. The chief executive officer John M D’Souza introduced the office-bearers. Vice-president Juliana Frank proposed the vote of thanks.

    Congratulations to Samanvaya...your last five years hard works shown very good growth by adding one more branch in nearby area. I hope Samanvaya will serve poor and needy in rural areas,where poor peoples were treated very badly in government owned commercial bank.
