Mangalore: Valencia Parishioners Celebrate ‘Youth Day’

Mangalore, Nov 30: ‘Youth Day’ was celebrated at St Vincent Ferrer parish, Valencia, on Sunday November 28.

Valencia parish priest Fr Bonaventure Nazareth celebrated the Holy Mass. The parish youth were involved in the liturgical service which was followed by discussion and an inputs session with Dr Leena Fernandes,
former principal, St Aloysius Evening College, here.

The group discussions for parish youth were held on Sunday evening.

The youngsters presented various cultural programmes on the occasion by the side of the campfire.

A total of 145 youth participated in the celebrations that concluded with dinner.

Patrick D’Souza and Rita D’Souza compered the programme.
