Mangalore: Light Rains at Isolated Places

Mangalore, Nov 29: Rains continued to stay away from most parts of coastal Karnataka on Sunday November 28. This has sent mercury soaring.

Beltangady taluk was the only place to get good rains in the afternoon for about an hour. Subrahmanya in Sullia taluk too experienced cloudy weather with light drizzle. Puttur, Bantwal, Sullia, Moodbidri and some parts of Mangalore taluk too got light drizzles on Sunday.

Karkala in Udupi district experienced light drizzle, while Udupi taluk was enveloped with dark clouds since noon.
