M'lore: National Conference on Innovations in Nursing Begins on Sahyadri Campus

Mangalore, Nov 22: A two-day national conference on innovations in nursing management was inaugurated at the auditorium of Sahyadri College of Nursing here on Monday November 22.

Dr Anice George, dean of Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal University, inaugurated the national conference on Monday morning.

She said that Sahyadri Nursing College is one of the leading nursing colleges in the city. Dr George appreciated the college authorities for organizing the national conference. 

Prasana Bhandary, secretary, Bhandary Foundation, presided over the function. 

The national conference co-ordinator Neetha Kamath, and organizing secretary P Monisha Mohanan were present on the dais.   

Delegates from all over India are participating in the conference. Captain Ajitha Nair, nursing director, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune, will be the chief guest at the valedictory ceremony.

Prof Irene Veigas, principal, Sahyadri College of Nursing, welcomed the gathering.
