Mangalore: Corporation Bank Starts 'Operation Customer Outreach'

Mangalore, Nov 21: The Corporation Bank has started “Operation Customer Outreach”, a programme on
staff Involvement in market work for business development, recently and will be on till November 28.

The programme is a drive to increase retail term deposit, which started on November 18. The programme involves staff involvement in market work. The programme will be carried out up to November 28 at different centres throughout the country.

Each staff member of the bank will move out in the command area of the branch and reach out to all residential areas, business establishments, government organizations and corporates among others to connect the people to the bank.

Through the programme, each branch would create a vibration in the command area to bring desired business to that branch. The participation of each individual staff member at branches in the activity will inculcate the habit of pursuing and seeking business opportunities outside the branch to accelerate its business growth rate.
