Udupi: Science and Technology Mela ‘Brain Quest’ Sees Enthusiastic Students

Mangalore, Nov 20:  A daylong science and technology mela, ‘Brain Quest’ was organized under e-school programme at Sheshashayana auditorium Kidiyoor here, recently.

The children painted an enthusiastic picture at the event moving around wearing masks representing aliens. Aliens amid laser beam were the special attraction.

The exhibition also comprised various models prepared by the high school students all over the district. Over 200 models including that of demonstrated drying of grains through solar energy and drawing of water without using electricity, were on exhibition among others.

As many as 280 students from over 38 schools of the district participated in the exhibition, said e-school director, Poornima Kamath. Over 54 models prepared by children were exhibited on the occasion.
