Mangaluru, Nov 29: On the occasion of Annual feast of St Joseph Vaz Shrine Mudipu, the votive procession was held on November 28, 2021 at 3:30 pm from Mudipu St Joseph Vaz Church to St Joseph Vaz Shrine Mudipu Hill.

Parishioners from Mudipu, parishes from the deanery and outside the deanery devotees brought various offerings in the form of things which are useful for festal celebrations and meals. Shrine director Fr Assisi Rebello and assistant parish priest Fr Richard Dsouza prayed and blessed the votive offerings and received the offerings from the devotees followed by the Eucharistic Adoration at the Shrine.

The votive offerings brought for the festal celebration put for the auction and devotees actively took part in the auction. Sr Jaquina Dias superior Holy family convent, Naveen Dsouza vice president PPC, Dr Irene Veigas secretary PPC and shrine committee members were present in the occasion. The annual celebrations of the feast of St Joseph Vaz will be held from December 2- 5, 2021 at the Shrine.
