Mangalore: St Vincent Ferrer Parish Celebrates ‘Children’s Day’

Mangalore, Nov 15: ‘Children’s Day’ celebrations were held at St Vincent Ferrer parish, Valencia, on Sunday November 14.

Valencia assistant parish priest Fr Roshan Crasta celebrated the Holy Mass for the parishioners’ children at 8.00 am. Various games were held for the children on the parish grounds after the Holy Mass and prizes were distributed to winners of the games held on the occasion.

Parishioner Patrick D’Souza compered the programme. Breakfast was served to all the children on the occasion.

    I am sorry to note that the sanctity of the alter and the place of warship is not mantained here. All dance and acting should be in another place and not at the alter.
