I do not understand how people get courage to speed on narrow roads of Udupi! Is it because of the influence they possess?

Century old Motor Vehicle Act, IPC etc. to be amended and strict punishment should be initiated to the culprits.Vehicle RC & Driver's DL should be immediately cancelled and no further renewal of the RC & DL is permitted to the culprits. Both owner and Driver should be made responsible for the accident.
