Beltangady, Jul 18: Two students and a child had a narrow escape after a parked Omni car suddenly moved forward, crashing into a shop in Ujire here on Saturday July 17.

The incident, which was recorded on CCTV, occured near SDM College.

The owner of the Omni had parked the car and left, leaving his child inside the car. Soon after, the parked car moved forward and crashed into a vegetable shop located in Sharvari complex.

It is unclear whether the child made any attempts to move the car.

Meanwhile, two students who were purchasing from the shop, noticed the car entering into the shop, and moved away in the nick of time. Both narrowly escaped a tragedy.

Fortunately, the child inside the car also escaped unhurt.

Such a irresponsible person.Thank God child was safe, nothing happened. He must have not put hand brake.Otherwise how could move frowards?Simply dont give the mistake to the child.leaving child inside a car is dangerous at any time.It can get suffocated ,due to lack of oxygen inside during hot weather.
