How do you know? Who has told you? Some stupid neighbours have tried to take revenge, that's it. Some young lad who had a grudge has given some false evidence. I live in the neighbourhood. I know the politics here.

The person is only accused because the dog was found shot few metres away from his compound. He hasn't accepted yet, that he has done it. Accused or blamed doesn't mean Guilty. Please wait for further investigations. As far as the neighbourhood knows - Anil is a very nice man and he himself loves animals a lot.

Only the Creator has the right to take life.If anyone else does it he is punished by Lord. I know of a person who used to shoot (at) monkeys, ultimately the person developed quadriplegia ( paralysis of all 4 limbs)...

What about during wartime? Which Lord gives right to take life? And going by the strict definition of life, if one is to abide by your advice, can't eat/drink any food at all, for while cooking/digesting you kill millions of microorganisms, plant life etc. You just can't make a blanket statement on this subject.

Readers please note that the accused has only got a notice, because the dog was found lifeless near his house. Please wait until further investigation is done. Please don't judge too early.

Police should use their brains. Control the crowding in the city and curtain the spread of covid. Don't waste tax payers money on investigating a death of a street to dog!!! Street dog menace is an issue generally being neglected, only comes to limelight when any unfortunate kid is assaulted or killed by the stray dogs!!!!

It's cos half learnt idiots like you don't realise that all murderers and psycho killers always start with killing animals, and them move on to kids, women and any other helpless people around. It's common sense Mr.Shankar, animal rights are also equally important and it's the cops duty. Don't talk like an insensitive person, use your common sense for once.

Golibaje should watch all those news articles where small children are bitten to death by these stray dogs. It will be immaterial to you because the the victims often are unprivileged children who don't have the comfort and safety of a house. I pity all of you guys, government and the police who care more for stray dogs than sum dwelling children!!!

Shankar I agree with you 100%. No body seems bothers about under priviledged, poor, neglected, slum dwellers kids, where the street dogs have attacked, in some cases, even street dogs have killed the young kids. Protecting one self from the menace cannot be branded as phycho.

Why did he carry his gun towards jewellry shop? If the dog entered his compound and created nuisance and attacked the person...atleast killing is agreed upon for his survival. But, why does he roam in the night with the gun ? He is very risky. Pls cancel his license if he has. What cruelty???

Correct.Notice has no meaning if it is not followed up with action.Usually nothing is done after serving a notice, and notices are seldom replied.
