Bangalore, Sep 7: The hearing relating to the bail petition moved by Abdul Nasser Madani, leader of the People’s Democratic Party, who has been accused of being behind the serial blasts in the city in the year 2008, has been adjourned to Monday September 7.
When the case came up for hearing in the court of the first additional chief metropolitan magistrate here on Monday, Usman, advocate for Madani, put forward his arguments in favour of the bail petition. After the hearing, the magistrate adjourned the case to Tuesday.
It may be noted that Madani’s close aide, Mohammed Aziz, had recently been nabbed by the policemen of Tamil Nadu, and handed over to the city crime branch policemen of the city.
